The Bernard and Audre Rapoport Vision Center at the Greater Waco Advanced Health Care Academy provides access to free eye exams and glasses to all Waco ISD students ages 4+.

Teachers, school nurses, students, or parents who notice signs of poor vision can refer students to our clinic for a complete eye exam by our staff optometrist, Dr. Hermineh Moradi.

The clinic sees patients every Tuesday and Wednesday and provides transportation from school.

If glasses are needed, we have a selection of glasses they can choose from. The lab will prepare those glasses in a few days and return them to the school nurse to give to the student. All of this will be at NO COST TO YOU! Exams are held during school hours, and transportation is provided for Transformation Waco students. All you have to do is contact your school nurse for an exam, and they will help set up an appointment.
