Transformation Waco
Transformation Waco expands opportunities for students and families by connecting education, health, and community resources in ways that make a lasting impact.
Originally launched to support the transformation of five Waco ISD campuses, Transformation Waco has evolved into a community-based nonprofit focused on removing barriers to success—both in and out of the classroom. Today, we work alongside schools, families, and more than 140 community partners to ensure every student has access to the support, experiences, and opportunities they need to thrive.
Our work is centered around three key areas:
Family Learning & Early Childhood
We support young children and caregivers through school readiness programs, parenting education, and early learning opportunities that build strong foundations from the start.
Wraparound Services
Through community-based support, we help meet critical needs that impact learning—such as mental health care, vision services, and access to basic resources—so students can show up ready to succeed.
Expanded Learning Opportunities
From afterschool and summer programming to hands-on STEAM experiences at the Bledsoe-Miller STEAM Center, we create engaging environments where students can explore interests, build skills, and connect learning to real-world pathways.
