Transformation Waco is now using the ParentSquare tool for Zone-wide, school, and classroom communications, primarily with email, text, and app notifications.

ParentSquare is a simple-to-use platform that provides a safe way for everyone at a school to connect. With ParentSquare, you'll be able to:

• Receive messages from the district and school via email, text, or app notification

• Choose to receive information as it comes or all at once at 6 p.m. daily

• Communicate in your preferred language

• Direct message teachers, staff, and other parents

• Participate in group messages

• Sign up for parent-teacher conferences

• Sign forms & permission slips

• And more all from your phone or web portal!

Register your ParentSquare account* using the email on file at your child’s school. This quick and easy process can be done in two ways:

• Visit www.parentsquare.com, enter your email in the “Sign Up/Create Password” section, and follow the prompts to get logged in; OR

• Use the camera on your phone to scan these QR codes - it takes you directly to the App or Google Play store.

*Parents who do not register their ParentSquare account will still receive district and school communications (via email for most) but will not be able to control how and when they receive messages or use the two-way communication features of ParentSquare.

Here’s how we’ll be using ParentSquare starting this school year:

Principal:

• Urgent Alerts with two-way communication (emergency messages)

• Mass notifications (school delays, events, celebrations) 

Teachers

• Direct Messaging - 1 to 1 teacher and individual parent communication

• Group Messaging - teacher and classroom communication (announcements)

• Appointment Sign Ups (parent-teacher conferences, etc.) 

• Forms and Permission Slips
