improving outcomes

Transformation Waco is focused on improving student outcomes at four specific schools that the Texas state accountability system scored as “Improvement Required” during the 2016-2017 school year. The partnership initially began with five schools, including Indian Spring Middle School, which consolidated with G.W. Carver Middle School in the fall of 2023. Transformation Waco currently operates and manages four campuses.

Waco ISD is committed to the improvement that is required, and Transformation Waco is the non-profit partnership established to make it happen.

Transformation Waco allows each campus to determine its own needs, use varied resources, and develop strategies to improve the academic outcomes of its students significantly.
