Flier Requests

Organizations wishing to display or distribute fliers at Transformation Waco campuses must submit materials to TW communications for approval. Please e-mail the proposed flier to Joshua.Wucher@wacoisd.org. 

Flier Distribution at Transformation Waco

Transformation Waco follows Waco ISD’s guidelines regarding the type of organizations and content we approve: 

  • We primarily approve non-profits. 

  • We are only able to approve for-profits if their flier is unconditional and benefits our students and staff. 

  • List of campuses and specific groups you will be distributing to (If you require student counts please specify).

  • The flier must have our disclaimer (See below). 

  • The organization is responsible for printing and distributing its own fliers.

  • Must be in stacks of 22

  • Once approved, you will print off the approval email as confirmation to present to the campus when you drop off your fliers.

Disclaimer Requirements: 

Each flier must contain a disclaimer approved by Transformation Waco. We have provided a Spanish version for your Spanish fliers. You don’t need both languages on one flier unless you choose to. The disclaimer must be printed on the front, in bold letters and no smaller than a 9-point type.

(name of organization/entity) is not related to, sponsored by, endorsed, or approved by Transformation Waco, nor is the event/activity represented in this material. Accordingly, Transformation Waco assumes no liability for such. The distribution or display of this material by Transformation Waco is provided strictly as a community service.
