We are committed to recruiting, developing, retaining, and promoting a high quality of culturally responsive faculty and staff at every school committed to closing the education attainment gaps.

Goal:

Recruit, develop, retain, and promote a high quality of culturally responsive faculty and staff at every school committed to improving their practices year after year and closing the education attainment gaps of our students of color.


Strategic Priority #2: ACADEMIC Performance

We are committed to tracking and analyzing data from our schools and our community that helps us know how they - and we - are doing. We will use this data, and not just our opinions, to make the best possible decisions regarding continuous improvement opportunities and culturally responsive practices.

Goal:

Utilize data-informed decision making and culturally responsive practices to address improvement opportunities in curriculum, instruction, performance evaluation and assessment.

We are committed to increasing student success opportunities by closing racial disparity gaps in behavior, academics, attendance, and engagement, which means our responsibility extends beyond the classroom and into the community. We focus on academic needs, basic needs, social-emotional support, health, and more.
